Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No we do not. Signature is required for all orders.
Q: How much are taxes and duties?
A: Taxes are calculated on your delivery destination, if, applicable. You can expect to pay the same percentage tax as applied in your destination province.
Duties are calculated at the time of the order. You will see the total landed cost including all taxes, shipping and handling, and duties right before you place your order with Bella Cosmetique
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We use USPS Priority Mail. If you would like expedited shipping, please email us for rates.
